Position – Process Associate – Purchase to Pay

Job description
This is your role. What part will you play
- Checking of Inward documents, an entry in the register
- Space & utility management for unloading activity of inward material, monitoring unloading of inward material
- After Quantity verification reporting of any damage/short or extra supply or any other issues to the buyer
- Handover Quantity verified Invoices (duly signed after Quantity done) for GRNs after GRN handing over to QA & Commercial department further
- Bin report updating & Master Bin list monitoring
- Daily rejection monitoring & sending back to vendor
- Material packing & sending to supplier for processing
- Mentioning Bin location on picklist after receipt
- Excel entry of daily receipts of material in common folder
- All activities of the warehouse (dispatch &return process to STI)
- Updating files regarding inward & outward documents of Stores
- Posting of GRN in SAP
- Preparation of pending invoice valuation report weekly & monthly
- Receiving pick list/reservation from planning dept & updating records in the Kit summary register
- Issue of material to production department asper requisitions. Picking & posting of material as per requisitions.
- Participation in recognizing & mitigating EHS risk & opportunities at workplaces, compliance to safety essential guidelines & also adhere to safe work practices & Siemens EHS requirements

- Minimum qualification required – graduation in engineering/commerce/science or diploma in engineering
- Experience in assisting day-to-day operations of warehouse function with good knowledge of SAP – MM module
- Proficiency in MS office & required good communications skills for email management
