Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Supervise various machine operation as per guideline of Industrial engineering to machine different components of steam turbine mainly Rotor and Turbine blades.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all organizational levels.
• Ability to develop and maintain a team-based organizational structure.
• Work measurement & estimation of time for new / modified operation – productivity/Measurement of machine operation.
• Supervise/Troubleshoot of machine operation and to provide different quality gates to meet the desired quality within the stipulated time frame.
• Implement manufacturing systems like Lean and JIT in order to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste and increase throughput.
• Manage operations of multi-axis CNC machines and Conventional machines meeting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements and maintain tool management cell to facilitate the department to maintain an optimum level of different cutting tools.
• Support the implementation of a quality management system in the department in order to achieve quality objectives.
• Expertise with turbine Rotor and blade shop processes and Quality Assurance methods.
• Expertise in software platforms like Unigraphics CAD/CAM and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing periodic MIS data for Factory management including progress toward quality targets, current challenges, and corrective actions.
• Capable to do analysis of layout results of CMM and respond with required changes in the production process to meet design requirements.

• Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
• Should have 1-5 Years’ experience in Supervision of multi-axis CNC and Conventional Machine operations.
• Should have 1-5 Years’ experience in working with CAD/CAM platforms preferably NX.
• At least 1-5 years of direct experience with turbine blade manufacturing, with a preference for gas and steam turbine manufacturing.
• At least 1-5 years of experience in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
• Candidates with exposure to Siemens CNC Control systems like Siemens 840D and 828D would be preferred.
• Organizational skills, managing several tasks concurrently, and working well with team members in demanding situations.
