We make real what matters. This is your role

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering – 3 to 4 years.
• Take a daily production plan from manufacturing for to conduct routine inspection as per specification, updating check sheets, and maintaining revision history for routine inspection whenever required.
• Operative handling experience of GD &T to read drawings for analysis and investigation.
• Update observed non-conformances in the weekly non-conformance sheet.
• Conduct a Layout inspection and a layered audit as per the yearly plan.
• Contribute to cost saving project by generation and implementing effective ideas.
• Respond with CAPA on customer complaints,
• have good knowledge about the use of quality tools for the investigation of component issues.
• Shall have good product knowledge and technical aspects in the manufacturing process to introduce new ideas on quality improvement.
• Should be a team player/self-driven target-oriented person with good influencing/interacting skills to interact with all other relevant functions.
• Vendor assessment knowledge.
• Hands-on experience of QA SAP modules.

• Candidate shall have min 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality management & having product knowledge of air-insulated switch gear will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Technical Skills:

• SAP, Autocad, Microsoft excel, GT&T
• 7 Quality tools operation.
• Mechanical drawing, reading, and understanding.
• Measuring instrument handling.
• Understanding of IEC and IS clauses for the product.
• Calibration activity.
• Customer handling skills.
