Job Title: Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Simulation Engineer to join our team focused on the development and implementation of immersive training solutions using a Virtual Training System (VTS). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in 3D modeling, mechanical engineering principles, and hands-on experience with simulation and design tools. You will play a critical role in creating realistic, interactive training environments for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D models for mechanical systems and equipment using industry-standard tools.
• Create and execute mechanical simulations within the Virtual Training System (VTS) environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and subject matter experts, to ensure realistic and accurate simulations.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure design precision.
• Validate and optimize simulation performance to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user engagement.
• Support the integration of 3D assets and simulations into the VTS platform.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and iterative development cycles.
• Maintain documentation of design procedures, simulation parameters, and test results.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience – 1- 3 years
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, Siemens NX, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with simulation software relevant to mechanical systems and VTS environments
• Solid understanding and application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Familiarity with Virtual Training Systems (VTS) and interactive training technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
