Your new role – is challenging and future-oriented
- Define operating and revenue models, annual revenue and costs budgeting, support creation of service level agreements and recovery/reimbursement of provided services
- Stakeholder management at Siemens India as well as with Siemens Energy entities like plant heads, Engineering heads, designers, etc.
- Have proper expectation setting and understand stated (and unstated) needs of internal customers, set up clear targets on quality and performance, manage cultural differences
- Organization design for optimized productivity; Recruitment and training of TCC employees
- Involved in the management of ongoing engineering activities for various sites eg. Task planning, resource allocation, deliverables dates, quality management, change management, ensuring a high level of productivity, regular meetings, etc.
- Supporting TCC employees on technical topics like design review, checking of 3D models, drawings, BOMs, etc.
- Maintaining suitable IT infrastructure like servers, SharePoint, a database of project and training hours, quality feedback collection, etc.
We don’t need superheroes, just superminds
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering, MBA is an added advantage
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software (eg. CREO/PROe/Inventor/UG), CAD database software like PDM Link/Teamcenter, 2D CAD (eg. AUTOCAD)
- Knowledge of mechanical design of large power transformers and reactors – layout, core and clamping, internal leads, tanks, customer drawings, etc.
