Your profile

• B.E., BTech, or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, with three to five years of experience in the field.
• Experience in designing rotating equipment packages, P&ID diagrams, and related auxiliary systems is required.
• practical knowledge of CAD Tools like AutoCAD and UG/NX are required for turbomachines, ideally with rotating equipment or packages.
• knowledge of the balance between engineering and plant equipment (includes heat exchangers, waste heat recovery units, HRSG, Piping & ducting)
• expertise with Teamcenter, Globus, and PLM 2020
• complete familiarity with GD&T and drafting standards (like ASME)

Your responsibilities

• Drawings and 3-D modeling of parts and assemblies for rotating machinery Components and auxiliary systems, such as base plates, piping, water wash systems, and lubrication oil systems.
• Check and review all of the detailed engineering work, including the bill of materials, and assume full accountability for KPIs including on-time delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Keep track of drawing revisions and publish drawings in PLM
• abiding by the drafting guidelines and international engineering standards of Siemens Energy.
• Examine the process and utility services schematic drawings and Process & Instrumentation diagrams.
• carry out engineering design jobs responsibly.
• effective use of the tools and resources at hand.
• monitoring and recording the time spent on different projects.
• Ensure the privacy of private information about Siemens Energy products.
