Drafters are crucial in engineering, creating detailed technical drawings from engineering designs.

They convert sophisticated ideas into accurate blueprints and schematics, which are essential for construction and manufacturing. Using specialized software, drafters ensure every detail is precise, aiding in the clear communication of design specifications.

Their responsibilities include crafting plans that engineers and builders depend on to complete projects optimally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Preparing manufacturing drawings and 3-D Model using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter for various components and assemblies of the compressor.
• Able to interpret various applicable international codes and standards along with Siemens internal standards.
• Handling engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and SAP.
• Performing a detailed self-review of drawings, BOM, and documents.
• Understanding the requirement of the project and coordinating effectively with the Global team.
• Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation.

What You Bring

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or other comparable degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant engineering work experience
• Significant hands-on experience in working with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Experience in creating detailed manufacturing drawings using GD&T as per ASME Y 14.5
• Excellent team player to support and serve the global team.
• Ability to work independently.
