Position – Component Engineer – Turbo Compressor – CD

Job description

Your profile

• Help the global team produce part models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for the essential components of a turbo compressor using NX 11 and TEAMCENTER 11.
• Create unique tools and perform static calculations for the gear type and single shaft turbo compressor assemblies.
• 3Generate part BOMs and assemblies in NX and release them in SAP
• to provide precise production drawings that adhere to Siemens Standards for Turbo compressor assemblies and components.
• Uphold quality standards by carefully inspecting all models and drawings and putting different quality improvement procedures into practice.

Education Qualification:

• Mechanical engineering B.E./B.Tech. with 2-4 years of experience and understanding of centrifugal compressor components and assembly
• NX 8.5 or 11 practical experience and functioning SAP/Teamcenter 11.0 expertise are required.
• thorough knowledge of geometrical dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• fundamental understanding of static calculations
• understanding of production procedures and assembly.
• good presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong soft skills, such as the ability to work well in a team, learn rapidly and adjust quickly and effectively, etc.
