Job description
Sharda Motor Industries is looking for a dynamic and motivated GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) to join our program purchasing (NPD) team. This role is internal to our new program development and sourcing activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and source activities for the respective plant for all new programs.
- Send RFQs, compare offers, negotiate, and nominate suppliers.
- Manage Schedules with suppliers and plan raw material (RM).
- Escalate critical issues timely.
- Maintain supplier PPM within 100 to 200.
- Ensure timely supplier PPAP and meet program milestones.
- Resolve Launch issues to achieve zero defects.
- Ensure 100% Schedule compliance from suppliers.
Qualification BE/BTech in Mechanical or Automobile
Location – Chakan & Nasik (Local candidates preferred)
