Salary Range: INR 350000 to 450000 (Annual)
Position description:
Description:
- To ensure that Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in an appropriate manner
- To maintain machine history cards for all machines & equipment
- To ensure that all safety equipment is installed and available in operating order
- Maintain & monitor inventories of spares
- To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
- To educate the operators not to change or interfere with the safety devices
- To plan for critical spare parts required at critical times
- To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949
- To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of the Maintenance Dept.
- Any other task entrusted by the HOD
Primary Responsibilities:
- To maintain ROBOs of the plant in good running conditions, including Teaching & Maintenance of Yashkawa Robo / NASH Robos
