Ø Design of welding fixtures and tools for proto parts and production supportØ Technical support to supplier for fixture and tools manufacturing.Ø Technical discussion with commercial team for supplier nomination.Ø Coordinate with proto team and CMM to build the proto samples and achieve the customer requirements and standardsØ Providing the manufacturing process flow to proto team for proto builtØ Improvement of fixture manufacturing to reduce the machining time and cost effective.Ø In house fixtures and tools manufacturing for proto samples.Ø Manufacturing feasibility and dimensional reviewØ Feasibility checking of robot welding process using catia software.Ø Supplier follows up for welding fixtures and tools for part trail at supplier end.Ø SMIL Standards Established for fixture costing.Ø Cost saving through obsolete fixture to convert the up coming proto projects | No of Fixture Conception & Design.No of projects.No of standards.No of Process flow definitions.Contribution in cross function team goals. Staff Reporting: 2~3 | |||
