Office Location: Chakan Pune (Plant)
Position Description:
- Adherence to the daily Production plan
- Effective Manpower utilization to achieve daily production target
- Ensure material availability online
- Highlighting concerns related to Material/manpower/machine
- To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
- To minimize rework/rejection online
- Guide / operate machines online when required
- To do Minor machine breakdowns/sets as per the plan
- To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
- Ensure PPE usage by line operators
- Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start-up, first piece flow inspection, etc
- To do Kaizens to improve productivity
- To educate/train/guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
- To support in the implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities
- Any other duty entrusted by your seniors
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality
Educational qualifications preferred
Category: Bachelor’s Degree
Field Specialization: Mechanical Engineering
