Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Identification of potential distributors in target Industrial Clusters for Industrial Sales and strategize the maximum market penetration through them.
- Creation of a Strong Channel network by appointing potential distributors and ensuring projected channel network expansion in respective territory.
- Monitoring and developing Channel Partners for timely delivery of specific application-based product ranges and ensuring the achievement of the MOU Target of each channel partner.
- Visiting and Maintaining healthy relationships with approved Consultants, Builders, Vendors, and Contractors for getting project leads and coordination for proposing favorable BOQ to convert the lead into order
- Visit New Industries and Customers to generate business leads.
- Identification of potential key accounts and industries for business development.
- Achieving the assigned ROI targets, initiating cold calls to find prospects within assigned territory; and converting the leads in a timely and profitable manner.
- Identification of customer needs and customized solutions as per industry application and proper need-based solutions for deriving customer satisfaction.
- Performs sales activities on assigned key accounts including presentations, business proposals, generating quotations, and negotiation of sales prices and discounts as per company policy.

Qualification
- BE/B.Tech./Post Graduation / MBA.
- Should have good knowledge of the sales processes.
- Hands-on experience in computer soft skills.
