Position – Sales Coordinator

Job description

SUMMARY

  • Incumbent with 1-4 Years of experience in the position will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests – between branches & factory, to ensure efficiencies in booking sales.
  • Incumbent will be a Single Point of Contact(SPOC) for the coordination process.
  • Candidates with experience in reading tenders and preparing relevant documents pertaining to the tenders would be given preference.
  • Incumbent from Building Materials domain and with similar industry experience i.e Doors will be preferred.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Incumbent should understand the Job and prepare quotation accordingly.
  • Incumbent must be able to read drawings and should have flair for technical knowledge for processing of queries and orders.
  • Candidates with experience in reading tenders and preparing relevant documents pertaining to the tenders would be plus.
  • Aspirant must prepare offers based on technical inputs from sales.
  • Incumbent must be able to generate shop floor drawings for client approval based on the inputs and tools provided by the factory.
  • Aspirant will also be responsible for getting the drawings prepared.
  • Process orders and keep track of all orders under process. Check purchase orders both technically and commercially.
  • Incumbent will be SPOC and must be able to liaise with other departments & coordinate with them. Provide all relevant support and services for effective sales function.
  • Maintain record of all orders including invoices, collection made by sales team against each order.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining database of PO, sale orders, quotations, dispatch details, etc.
  • Ability to handle internal customers and solve the issues in discussion with branches and concerned superiors.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to read & analyse drawings is a must. Working Knowledge of Auto Cad will be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication written & oral in English along with respective regional language is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS office i.e. Excel and Word is must.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any Engineer( except Computers/ IT) or Diploma ( Civil/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical ) or Graduate in Science or Commerce with relevant experience in Sales. Coordination & Back-end Support to Sales Team or Project will be also considered for relevant positions.

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY:

  • Incumbent with 1-4 Years of experience will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests – between HO, Branches & Factory, to ensure efficiencies in booking sales.
  • Candidates with similar experience in Sales Coordination & Projects coordination would be given preference.
  • Candidates with experience in reading tenders and preparing relevant documents pertaining to the tenders would be given preference.

Job Location : Factory, Gagillapur, Hyderabad

PS: Female candidates with similar experience would be given preference. Candidates within the vicinity of factory location would be given preference.
