Job description
RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform assembly of units as per the given schedule.
- Follow standard assembly procedures & techniques.
- Communicate for shortages of material.
- Part picking from the locations as needed.
- Communicate for daily output and pending jobs.
- Up keeping workstation, tools & equipments.
- Part verification before assembly.
- Follow safety rules while working.
- Inform about damaged components – tools.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Maintain Quality Management System as applicable.
- Authorized to stop assembly if any non-conformity during assembly.
- Authorized to release unit for testing.
PROFILE :
EDUCATION: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or ITI
EXPERIENCE : 0 – 2 years in engineering industry
Skill required: Understanding of Engineering drawings & Specification, conceptual
knowledge of assembly, Use of measuring instruments
