Position – Supervisor – Warehouse Incoming Material

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Inward of all incoming Goods as per guidelines.
2. Timely completion of Local Migo & STO & forwarding documents to Finance
3. Ensuring preparation of packing list for all local and STO shipments
4. Timely de- stuffing of Incoming Goods as per guidelines
5. Handling & Ensuring incoming Goods as per Incoming control plan document.
6. Ensuring Timely & accuracy in Picking of Customer Spare orders & STO orders
7. Daily Consumable/Cost center issue to Production Line/QC/Packing & Posting
8. Handling & ensuring local/STO vendor complaints & providing necessary documents
9. Ensuring all SRF activity is done as per plan and posting the same in system
10. Ensuring subcontracting process compliance & postings
11. Monthly local consumables list stock taking & posting & ensuing stock as per defined safety stock
12. Ensuring Shelf life parts are stored, issued and any deviations handling
13. All local cost center items are handed over to concern user after posting
14. Maintain Good House Keeping warehouse.
15. Maintain updated item master location sheet on daily basis.
16. Maintenance of Quality Manual System.

AUTHORITIES

1. Book Goods Receipt in SAP for locally procured items
2. Book Customer Returns in SAP
3. Issue of parts against trading & spare customer orders
4. Issue consumables to assembly line & maintain optimum stock as per the two bin KANBAN concept.

PROFILE:

• EDUCATION: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering /ITI /Diploma in Materials Management or any Graduate Preferably commerce from repute institute / college. PG in Materials Management would be an added advantage.
• EXPERIENCE : Min. 3 years or above in the similar field or in the engineering industry.
• SKILLS : Exposure to Stores and Warehouse Management systems.
• REQUIRED 3 years in SAP MM module. Knowledge of FIFO & KANBAN concepts with overview of incoming goods transactions.
