Position – Officer-Branch Sales Support

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Sending introductory letters
- Interacting with customers
- Preparing offers against customer enquiries with due consultation with respective Engineers.
- Following up for orders, payments, C-forms, etc.
- Preparing OEF & processing the order in assembly plant.
- Replying to queries from COH (Sales Administration) after getting feedback from customer
- Cash handling & sending expense details to Finance department.
- Making travel arrangements for sales force and visitors
- Organizing meetings & seminars in respective region if required.
- Housekeeping of the branch
- Administration of the warehouse (if existing)
- Interaction with statutory government bodies
- Preparing monthly report of order booking & projection for next month.
- Preparing all MIS Reports
- Maintaining attendance
- Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department
AUTHORITY:

- Area : Administration for a branch with 100 to 200 customers and 4 to 6 employees
- Direct Reporters : 0
PROFILE:
- EDUCATION : Any Graduate from reputed institute or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
- Engineering will be added advantage
- EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years and above in the field of customer care and sales branch administration function.
SKILLS REQUIRED : Co-ordination, Communication, MS Office
Position – GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE – TECHNICAL SALES

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Building the SEW brand and value proposition in the market
- Achieving sales targets to OEM/EU customers assigned
- Generate Weekly Customer Visit report and submit to respective Branch Manager
- Submit Weekly Customer Visit Plan to respective Branch Manager.
- Ensuring service and application support to customers assigned
- Collection of receivables and statutory forms
- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Forecasting and reporting of Expecting orders.
- Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
- Updating Customer details in the Internal Database System
- Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department

Position – ASSISTANT MANAGER – TECHNICAL SALES

- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends and competitor activities
- Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner
- Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department

- Decision on FOC Replacement, FOC Service (jointly with branch Manager)
- Decisions on pricing (jointly with Branch Manager)
- Customer Entertainment (with permission from Branch Manager)
