Key Responsibilities
- Oracle ERP Integration:
- Spearhead New Item Activation (NIA), BOM/Routing Setup, and Non-Standard Work Orders in Oracle for precision manufacturing.
- Optimize machining/welding workflows using GD&T standards and CAD/CAM tools.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to slash waste and boost productivity by 20% YOY.
- Lead CAPEX Projects (₹50L–₹2Cr budget) from AR approval to handover, focusing on smart factory automation.
- Industry 4.0 Execution:
- Deploy IoT-enabled systems and digital twins for predictive maintenance and real-time production analytics.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Champion ISO 45001/14001 standards, ensuring zero-incident workflows in valve assembly lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle ERP for BOM/routing + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD and machining/welding process design.
- Experience: 3+ years in oil & gas, automation, or heavy machinery sectors.
