Mission:
  • Realize the Assembly of the machine as per the technical files meeting the Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
  • Enforce safety & health rules & 5S throughout the MDC India workshop
  • Lead the complete setting activity in the line related to the process to maintain the CTP and deliver the correct CTQ as per specification to deliver quality products.
  • Plan in advance all the manpower required to realize the machine assembly build, Installation, and commissioning of machine at the plant
  • Animate at the daily frequency of the SIM1 with appropriate progress indicators & action plan
  • Participate at investment proposals, transverse projects & action plans with MDC technical team. Propose any new ideas to improve the performance of the machine
  • With the support of MDC Electrical, and Mechanical design team, Implement the Preventive maintenance checklist and train the receiving plant methods and maintenance team.
  • With the support of the procurement team follow up for materials needed for Assembly, and plan to size the team accordingly.
  • Develop technical competency as an individual and assembly team to develop autonomy in setter function by training and development

Qualifications

  • Education: NTTF / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics
  • Job-Related Experience: 2 to 4 years experience in Machine assembly /Maintenance
  • Business Understanding: General manufacturing processes in the Electrical/Auto/Auto auxiliary Industry, Machine
  • Assembly knowledge
  • Others (e.g. language skills,

technical skills):

  • Pneumatic knowledge, mechanical manufacturing, automatic assembly,
  • Able to understand, and interpret mechanical drawings, Suggest improvement in Machine design
  • English both oral and written, Local languages – Kannada, Telugu , Tamil will be a plus.
  • Communication skills for technical exchange with Customers
