Job Description

  • Customer Order booking in SAP.
  • Download Customer Orders from customer portals/email/phone communications etc.
  • Confirm delivery date to the customer after order booking.
  • Regular communication with the customer for order status, delivery status
  • Respond to internal customers for order status
  • Follow up with plant for material activity
  • Creating DN and ensuring invoice to the customer as per customer request date
  • Adhere to legal requirements and customer-specific required documentation related to customer service.
