The Mechanical Engineer will be representing as a part of System Engineering Team & responsible for supporting manufacturing by performing Pressure vessel calculations, creating Drawings & Bill of materials (MBOM) through SAP & contribute efficiently to meet company goals
Job Description: Engineer – Mechanical Engineering
The Mechanical Engineer will be representing as a part of System Engineering Team & responsible for supporting manufacturing by performing Pressure vessel calculations, creating Drawings & Bill of materials (MBOM) through SAP & contribute efficiently to meet company goals.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- · Pressure vessel calculations as per ASME Section VIII Div.1 with PV-Elite software & manual calculations.
- · General Arrangement drawing & Part drawing creation using Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor & ECTR in SAP.
- · Hands-on experience with SAP (PLM, MM & MDG modules).
- · Generation of Engineering BOM in SAP.
- · Generation of MBOM in SAP.
Qualifications:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- A mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Pressure vessel calculation in PV-Elite & has hands-on experience in Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor & ECTR in SAP.
- · Effective Communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.
- · Reading & understanding manufacturing drawings.
- · Exposure to PED, and SELO regulations.
- · Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- · Good team player with work ethics.
- · Smart & Creative thinking.
