Job description
- Basic knowledge on VDM module (Value-driven maintenance) or Similar module for Optimization of Asset utilization, Maintenance Cost Control, Resource allocation & Safety, health, and environment.
- Hands-on experience of engineering planning, scheduling and controlling the timeline.
- Basic knowledge of water system, HVAC, and utility equipment’s to perform efficiency RCA assessment.
- Basic knowledge of calibration process, failure mode analysis to perform efficiency RCA assessment.
- Responsible for Effectiveness check of maintenance procedures/PM checklist effectiveness through a periodic assessment on equipment breakdown to reduce mean time to repair and maintenance cost.
- Costs of downtime such as missed orders and lost revenue – Monitoring of equipment uptime and Breakdown analysis through MTTR & MTBF of critical equipment.
- SAP Project initiative implementation or Hands-on experience in SAP plant maintenance module (PM, BD & Calibrations).
- Involved in preventive and Proactive maintenance scheduling in SAP and support team in day to day operations.
- Hands-on experience on equipment breakdown analysis to identify the Root cause by using tools – FMEA, Why-Why analysis and latest technics available.
- Department budget monitoring on cost center and tracking equipment breakdown cost on preventive/Breakdown maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Safety, health, and environment on process safety – Permit systems, LOTO, JSA, Machine guarding, and relevant.
- Planning and scheduling the complete TSG calendar in coordination with SCM and global requirements.
- Implementation of the VDM module and effectiveness through analysis.
- Responsible for Opex reduction due to reactive maintenance.
- 100 % Adherence to the planned maintenance schedule.
- Enhancement in cGMP compliance of plant maintenance.
- Identify improvement activities and implement them.
- Provide training to the team as needed and ensure technical competency in process maintenance.
- Timely escalation of anticipated action/delays and mitigation on improvement activities
- Identify, coordinate, and ensure necessary actions deployed to avoid data integrity issues.
- Sound understanding & skills in applying Good Engineering Practices and standards.
- Hands-on experience in Quality management systems (Change control, CAPA, Event, GDP, GMP, Etc.)
- Proven ability to manage audits and vendor coordination.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.

Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 08 – 12 years of experience in the field and 4-5 years in handling a similar role/position.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a must
- This position requires occasional travel to training, equipment/systems inspection at vendor factory as needed.
- This position requires the professional to be available for 8 hrs/day in a job and may extend based on the nature of activities towards organizational deliverables as needed.
