Job description

• Responsible for obtaining the sales forecast (Sales Forecast Form) for every year from Manager? Equipment and ensuring the availability of required products for the market which are in our product range.
• Responsible to schedule and release the Production Plan (Production planning sheet) based on the monthly sales forecast.
• Responsible to identify the necessary skill requirement and provide the training for the personnel involved in the production process, with the support of Manager-Equipment.
• Ensure Work instructions/ Assembling Procedures are documented in English and displayed at the work stations and monitoring the RED bin.
• Responsible to maintain the Device History File: daily production, issues faced? product quality, assembly facilities-related issues, breakdown, etc, recording it on a daily basis.
• Schedule a daily meetings to inform the employees involved in the Production process through proper communication for Quality issues both in product and components ? with proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure the product serial number is printed in a label and fixed in the product and also in the packing carton for Product identification.
• Responsible to hand over the finished product to the stores on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for preparing the Process flow chart and Process control plan for each Product along with the QA.
• Perform Internal Quality Audits as planned in the Audit Calendar.
• Involve in the key process identification based on the aesthetic, Function safety for the customer, and the product.
• Identify the key production process to prepare the critical process list and process control plan.
• Establish the process FMEA and Process capability report.
• Monitor Approve the Equipment note and Equipment acceptance report.
• Responsible to initiate the process change note to improve the efficiency of the process.
• Responsible to maintain the work order, assembly traceability record, device history record, Problem diagnosis report, build assembly Rework record.
• Responsible to ensure the batch number and PCB number are mentioned for the product traceability.
• Perform software verification validation, version update in coordination with RD

Qualification – Mechanical Engineer

• Contacted Vendors to supply materials as per schedule.
• Visited suppliers for material collection.
• Price Approval sheet and cost comparative sheet is made as a backup document required for PO approval.
• Vendor performance is checked on a monthly basis.
• Invoice release is carried out on a daily basis.
