Job description
Skills needed:
- Quality Inspection on line; knowledge of quality instruments, awareness of part drawing, knowledge of welding process.
Others:
- Good Knowledge about Engineering drawing
- Good Knowledge about MIG Welding Process
- Good Knowledge about welding defects and Remedies
- Having Knowledge about Measuring Instrument
- Practical Knowledge of Kaizen,5″S”,Poka-yoke
- Having experience of Inprocess quality-FOA&LOA
- Knowledge of Problem sloving tool& its application
- Basic Knowledge of Coumpter
- Knowledge about PFD,Control Plan, Quality Alert& SOP,Process Check sheet
- Red Bin Analysis and making Action plan of defects
Preferred Industry Automobile/Manufacturing(Sheet Metal-Weld Shop)
Budgeted CTC 20K-23K
