Position – SR.EXECUTIVE – MAINTENANCE
Exp. – 4 to 7 Years
Location – Chennai

Job Description

Preparing and executing preventive maintenance schedules
Break down maintenance and analysis of break downs
Maintaining MTTR and MTBF for the plant
Maintaining history cards and machine record to analyse BD trends
Handling purchase related to maintenance (Quotation, comparison, PO generation to payment to vendor).
Managing spares inventory system in maintenance.
Working knowledge of Screw conveyors, Bucket elevators and bag filters,sievers and belt conveyor.
Maintenance of material loading crane ( cap 2 tons).
Managing all equipment of plant calibration and preparing record, periodic calibration internal/external/Govt. weight and measures (mainly for weighing balances).
Periodic load testing of lifting tackles, cranes, forklifts, HOPTs, Chain Pully
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG & compressors.
Handling the manpower for maintenance and preparing the daily manpower report for maintenance.
