Job description
We are looking for self-motivated team members who meet the following requirements:
- B.E mechanical with 3 to 5 Years of experience
- Experience in Motors & Electrical cooling application of Automotive cabin, battery & power electronics.
- Power loss/heat load calculation, selection of pumps, chiller, hose & pipe design would be preferable.
- Exposure to simulation (CFD& FEA) and testing of automotive cooling system.
- Must have exposure to Thermal Management ,Fluid Dynamics and Behavior.
- Must have worked in Plastic product design and pressure die casting Design.
- Must have exposure in injection molding and pressure die casting process.
- Must have good experience in Tolerance stack analysis,3d stack up is preferable
- Exposure to manufacturing process definition would be preferable
- Good to have worked in DRBFM, FMEA, DfR $ DVP
- Should have work experience in SAP
- Experience working with Global Cross functional teams
- German language preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Your essential responsibilities will include,
- Design and Development of cooling system for Electrical vehicle
- Responsible for 3d modelling and 2d drawing creation with focus on DFM, DFA
- Design of the Fluid channels on the manifold with regard to pressure drop & NVH
- Tolerance Stack-up analysis.
- Responsible for developing seal Concepts for thermal units.
- Responsible for Vibration Testing Fixture Creation.
- Interface design for multiple Vehicle integration & Packaging study,
- Willing to work from abroad location.
Qualifications
BE/B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from an institute of repute. Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in electric Motors / Electrical cooling application of Automotive cabin, battery & power electronics
