Diploma /BE /BTech in mechanical engineering
Reporting to – R & D Functional Manager
Function – R&D
The incumbent will be responsible for the mechanical design, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing of a wide range of kitchen appliances products as per the requirements provided by the lead design engineer.
To deliver the first time right engineering design with required engineering standards, Manufacturing feasibility, Assembly feasibility & serviceability.
To create CAD design from the aesthetics input and deliver 3D and 2D Drawings at a different stage of the project as per the requirements
Conversion of 2D into 3D modeling
Create the 2D from 3D models
Reverse engineering forms the reference product or parts.
To create and deliver the packaging design for the product.
To create and deliver the product BOM for costing and production purpose

Proficient in surface modeling, solid modeling and 2D drafting in PTC Creo (Pro E)
Basic of Fundamental mechanics and Physics
Experience in plastic part design
GD&T knowledge
Experience in FEA preferred
English & Tamil Should be able to Speak, Read & Write
