EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical engineering) with knowledge of automobile parts (or) Dip in Mechanical or Automobile engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1~8 years of experience in T&C Manufacturing / Process Planning. Receive inputs from customers (BOM, Assy. Chart, Ref FOP & GOS, CAD data, FPR standards, PR check standards, Locus Know-how sheets, Benchmark study criteria, Torque derogation request, tightening standards, Small tools SPEC sheet) & understand output required
  • Study & be aware of Standards/procedures / check sheets / previous project data & results for each type of activity. Examine inputs, understand Customer requirements and generate queries if required 
  • Perform Part trajectory study/ PR check / GOS creation / GOS to FOP conversion/ FOP creation in Pro APR / Process FPR checks / Benchmarking studies / Torque derogation analysis / Small tools development etc., as per schedule following standard procedure.
  • Track & record the daily progress of the activity. Make a recovery plan to meet the schedule in case of delays. Report to the leader immediately in case of delay / blocking points & seek support. Review results with the leader on a periodical basis, get feedback, do corrections, and deliver output.
  • Participate in periodical review meetings with customers.
  • Do self-quality check by following the quality check sheet, Solve critical concerns following QC story standards & prepare reports.
