Position – JC Senior Digital Repair Specialist C

Job description

  1. Interact with customers on handset related issues
  2. Troubleshoot handset defects
  3. Handle handset related queries
  4. Record job entry in the Customer Relationship Management portal
  5. Upgrade software of handsets
  6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duo body)
  7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera, etc
  8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement, etc
  9. Deposit of cash collected through service
  10. Verify handsets for exchange
