- Overview
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) hires graduates from top engineering colleges to actively contribute to its growing business and ecosystem. The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program is an entry-level program for nurturing young engineering talent.
As part of GET 2024, the selected GETs will undergo a training program designed to build requisite competencies for targeted job roles. Confirmation into these roles will depend upon successful completion of the training program and performance in the final assessments.
- Who can apply?
- Freshers with full-time B.Tech/B.E. degrees from any AICTE-approved institute, graduating in 2024, in the field of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- An aggregate of 60% / 6.0 CGPA and above score in Engineering (up to 7th Semester/ Graduation).
- At least 60% in 10th, 12th
, or Diploma (if applicable) - Good oral and written communication
- Conceptual clarity and a desire to build a career in Reliance.
Important note: The final appointment will be subject to the successful completion of the degree examination with a minimum aggregate score of 6 CGPA or 60% with no active backlog, no cases of detention and clearance of Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) examination held by RIL.
- What is the process for selection?
The steps leading to selection include:

- Shortlisted candidates will be sent a test to measure cognitive ability and engineering aptitude.
- Further shortlisted candidates will need to appear for a personal interview round.
- RIL to declare results for final selects by end of March 2024
4. Remuneration
For IIT Graduates
On Joining Fixed Pay – INR 9.00 lakh per annum.
On Completion of 12 months
Fixed Pay – INR 9.50 lakh per annum.
Annual Cash Bonus (ACB) – INR 1.05 lakh per annum.
- Only GETs who complete their training and assessment will be eligible for confirmation.
- Post confirmation, GETs will become eligible for annual increments and ACB, as per company policy.
One-Time Deferred
- Bonus One-Time Deferred Bonus of INR 5 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.
For Non-IIT Graduates
On Joining Fixed Pay – INR 7.50 lakh per annum.
On Completion of 12 months
Fixed Pay – INR 8.00 lakh per annum.
Annual Cash Bonus (ACB) – 0.88 lakh per annum.
- Only GETs who successfully complete their training and assessment will be eligible for confirmation.
- Post confirmation, GETs will become eligible for annual increment and ACB, as per company policy.
One-Time Deferred Bonus
- One-Time Deferred Bonus of INR 3 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.
