Position: Executive – Materials Management (Grade A)

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks as per work plans prepared by the Store Manager or Team Lead while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate material movement as directed by the Store Manager.
- Support the store manager in the issuance, receipt, and storage of materials.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing and liquidating surplus and obsolete materials.
- Foster strong inter-departmental relationships with a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain adherence to HSEF (Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire), statutory guidelines, and other compliance requirements.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in maintenance, E&M, operations, procurement & contracts, stores, or material handling.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and web-based platforms is essential.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
- Familiarity with equipment spares and bulk material management.
- Understanding of safety standards, especially for hazardous materials and chemicals.
- Ability to ensure processes are completed within defined SLA timelines.
