Position – Engineer Maintenance Mechanical-VCM D2 (DMD)

Job description

Job Responsibilities :

• execute excellent mechanical maintenance activities.
• oversee mechanical maintenance operations to ensure they are completed with quality, on schedule, and according to plan.
• mobilise resources for routine mechanical upkeep tasks.
• Ensure that procedures and best practises are followed.
• help the appropriate discipline Manager of the identification of spare parts for purchase
• Create a budget for mechanical maintenance.
• Analyze budgets and expenditures for mechanical maintenance.
• Prepare the manager’s audit-related documentation.
• When hired as a member of the RCA team, do routine troubleshooting and analysis.
• Gather discipline information for performance evaluation and reporting.
• Contractor oversight
• take part in the indicated reliability and integrity studies
• Putting proposals into practise
• Execute preservation tasks as scheduled.
• to locate and communicate with the workshop for repair tasks.
• Knowledge management tasks for both oneself and subordinates, when appropriate
• upkeep of archives and records
• By entering and validating data in a timely and accurate manner, SAP-PM and SAP-MM data, analyses, and expenses are kept as accurate as possible.
• Facilitate and assist with small-scale project activity.
• overseeing and organising resources for shutdown jobs in accordance with the plan
• Execute LLF according to the plan.
• Make sure to immediately enter all open jobs into the SAP-PM system.
• Mechanic maintenance KPIs are produced weekly.
• Ensure that equipment is more readily available.
• timely observance of audit timelines
• the capacity to reduce production/quality loss in the case of an unanticipated failure
• Ensure that the required training is being followed.
• Control of the mechanical spares inventory.
• Make sure shutdown tasks are completed on time.
• keeping up with IMS records for mechanical maintenance
• HSEF conformity (RESOP, MIQA, CFA, DOSHE mandatory training).

Education Requirement :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering

Experience Requirement :

• At least 2 years (for Degree)/ 7 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience with few years’ experience at plant
