Job description
Brief Description :
- Drive SIM (Short Interval Meetings) covering Key KPIs at GEMBA.
- Ensure that Daily Production Targets are met in line with the Planned Schedules. Manage & develop a Multi-Skilled Workforce by training, coaching & mentoring.
- Manage the Workforce with a high degree of discipline & maintain the shop floor with “Best in Class” 6S & Visual Factory Standards
- Timely escalate Quality issues and production barriers and collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Technical, Methods, and maintenance Teams to solve Problems & drive continuous improvement Projects/Kaizens.
- Drive & promote the Idea /Suggestion Scheme initiative at Shopfloor.
- Ensure inventory accuracy at the shop floor & timely completion of SAP transactions.
- Drive standards relevant to production and manufacturing, e.g., ISO 9000 QMS, etc. .
- Work toward continuous improvement by implementing Projects/Kaizens contributing to Quality, Safety, 6S, and efficiency improvements.

- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English.

- The incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
