We are seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees (2023 / 2024 Passouts) for various roles in our Manufacturing / Production Team.

Location: DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Salary: 5 Lacs PA

Position 1: Production Department – Shift In-charge & Safety Management

The GET will assist the operations in respective shifts, ensuring the proper utilization of manpower and equipment, and related matters to increase efficiency. They will ensure safety, quality, and productivity through team engagement.

• Driving safety and sustainability through culture building.
• Managing daily operations through RBS.
• Implementing 6S and Visual Management (VM).

Position 2: Production – Supplier Management in Rotor Casting & Lamination

The GET will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting in:

• Overseeing rotor outsourcing.
• Facilitating supplier improvement.
• Implementing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) at the supplier end.
• Coordinating with planning and adapting to changes.
• Planning rotor lamination punching as per requirement.
• Ensuring quality clearance of received components.
• Driving process improvement both at the supplier end and in-house.

Position 3: Quality Assurance

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will be responsible for daily line analysis and actions. They will take the lead in resolving recurring issues on the line, monitoring corrections and preventions. The GET will coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues. They may need to visit suppliers to audit or support the resolution of critical issues. They will also be responsible for preparing Quality MIS reports.

• Conduct daily line analysis and take necessary actions.
• Lead the resolution of recurring issues on the line with monitoring of corrections and preventions.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Visit suppliers (on a need basis) to audit/support the resolution of critical issues.
• Prepare Quality MIS reports.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical from a reputed university.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
