Job description

We are seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from the 2023 / 2024 batches for various roles in our Production Maintenance / Quality Team.

Location: DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Salary: 5 Lacs PA

Position 1: Production Maintenance Department

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will be responsible for handling machine maintenance, continuously improving and upgrading the machines. They will measure machine uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and work to improve them through why-why analysis and root cause problem-solving. The GET will continuously monitor the cost of P&F and R&M and reduce that cost through VCP projects. They will conduct Gemba to identify safety issues and machine-related issues in the plant/processes and resolve them. The GET is expected to work with a positive attitude, show flexibility in time, stretch time as per need, manage spares properly, and provide training on LOTO, safety, and 5S from time to time.

Major Responsibilities:

• Take care of Winder, Injectors, and slot insulators.
• Manage Stator testers and NLTs.
• Handle the mechanical system and have knowledge of mechanical drawing.
• Oversee the Hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Maintain and adhere to the schedule of ISO, EHS ISO, TPM, Kaizen, 5S.
• Adhere to the schedule of Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Select and commission machines along with CTQs Establishment & handover to Production after Approval.
• Continuously improve machines by using Lean Tools such as TPM, waste Identification, Kaizen, Gemba.
• Create VCP ideas to reduce LOVC costs.
• Monitor various types of records such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Uptime, and electricity monitoring, etc.
• Make the system and machinery safer by doing safety kaizen and regular Gemba.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• B. Tech (Mechatronics/Mechanical) from a reputed University.
• Knowledge of Mechanical drawing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and good PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills both Oral and written.
• Excellent knowledge of preventive maintenance, ISO, safety, 5S.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.

Certifications: • Automation/Scada/Pneumatic system/CAD

Position 2: Quality Assurance

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will be responsible for daily line analysis and actions. They will take the lead in resolving recurring issues on the line, monitoring corrections and preventions. The GET will coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues. They may need to visit suppliers to audit or support the resolution of critical issues. They will also be responsible for preparing Quality MIS reports.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily line analysis and take necessary actions.
• Lead the resolution of recurring issues on the line with monitoring of corrections and preventions.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Visit suppliers (on a need basis) to audit/support the resolution of critical issues.
• Prepare Quality MIS reports.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• Should possess good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (both written and oral).
