Job Description
Technical Profile Responsibilities:
- Order Review: Evaluate inquiries received from various clients/customers.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations based on client inquiries and get approval from higher authorities.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Submit approved quotations to clients/customers and negotiate terms.
- Payment Terms Communication: Handle communication regarding payment terms with clients.
- Post-Order Activities: Manage in-house Techno-Commercial operations related to post-order processes.
- Sales Order Preparation: Draft and finalize sales orders based on customer inquiries and seek approval from relevant authorities.
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with departments like Planning, Manufacturing, QA/QC for production updates.
- Inspection Coordination: Arrange and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies from the client side for inspection of manufactured orders.
Commercial Profile Responsibilities:
- Post-Manufacturing Commercial Operations: Manage commercial tasks after the manufacturing process is completed.
- Dispatch Coordination: Communicate with the dispatch department to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders.
- Invoice Preparation & Payment: Assist in preparing final invoices and coordinate with clients for final payment settlements.
