Job Description

Technical Profile Responsibilities:

• Order Review: Evaluate inquiries received from various clients/customers.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations based on client inquiries and get approval from higher authorities.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Submit approved quotations to clients/customers and negotiate terms.
• Payment Terms Communication: Handle communication regarding payment terms with clients.
• Post-Order Activities: Manage in-house Techno-Commercial operations related to post-order processes.
• Sales Order Preparation: Draft and finalize sales orders based on customer inquiries and seek approval from relevant authorities.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate with departments like Planning, Manufacturing, QA/QC for production updates.
• Inspection Coordination: Arrange and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies from the client side for inspection of manufactured orders.

Commercial Profile Responsibilities:

• Post-Manufacturing Commercial Operations: Manage commercial tasks after the manufacturing process is completed.
• Dispatch Coordination: Communicate with the dispatch department to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders.
• Invoice Preparation & Payment: Assist in preparing final invoices and coordinate with clients for final payment settlements.
