Job description
- To assist implementation of utility related activities as decided by engineering head.
- Ensure the utility equipments are operated effectively & efficiently with minimum breakdown.
- Carrying out day-to-day instructions given by Engineering head.
- Keeping a close supervision on reporting engineers, technicians, trainee & contract people for repair/maintenance of equipment.
- To ensure & updated record of preventive and corrective maintenance performed.
- Ensure implementation of functional manual & SOPs.
- Ensure safety of engineers, technicians, trainee & workers.
- Implementation of ISO guidelines.
- Training & development of engineering officers, trainee, workers on quality system.
- To achieve timeliness and accuracy in maintenance of records.
- Monitor equipment and material inventory & place indent as per requirements.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors & service providers.
Qualification
- BE/B Tech(Mechanical)
- Experience – 10 to 15 years experience in API / Pharma Industry
