Position – Manager – Utility

Exp. – 10 to 15 years

Job description

1. To assist implementation of utility related activities as decided by engineering head.
2. Ensure the utility equipments are operated effectively & efficiently with minimum breakdown.
3. Carrying out day-to-day instructions given by Engineering head.
4. Keeping a close supervision on reporting engineers, technicians, trainee & contract people for repair/maintenance of equipment.
5. To ensure & updated record of preventive and corrective maintenance performed.
6. Ensure implementation of functional manual & SOPs.
7. Ensure safety of engineers, technicians, trainee & workers.
8. Implementation of ISO guidelines.
9. Training & development of engineering officers, trainee, workers on quality system.
10. To achieve timeliness and accuracy in maintenance of records.
11. Monitor equipment and material inventory & place indent as per requirements.
12. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
13. Manage relationships with contractors & service providers.

Qualification

• BE/B Tech(Mechanical)
• Experience – 10 to 15 years experience in API / Pharma Industry
