Job description

Responsible for achieving Business Growth as defined by the organization
Responsible for generating customer interest
Responsible for Product Life Cycle Management
Responsible for driving changes according to the changing market scenario
Responsible to carry out the Gap Analysis along with sales for the business growth
Responsible for studying the SWOT analysis of the Organization as well as Competitors and define/Recommend actions for improvement
Responsible for defining & monitoring AOP targets Vs Actual sales monthly & report on the short comings and analysis
Responsible for Business Initiatives drive according to the expectations
Responsible for Market share of business and ensure actions in place to either maintain or to increase the SOB
Responsible for compiling monthly reports for the Management Review Meetings and plan and execute actions based on discussion
Responsible for defining scheduled customer visits with clearly defined targets and execute the planned actions
