Key Purpose of the Role

As a Technology Design Engineer, your responsibility is to run projects with high efficiency and quality, ensuring that designs are released on time. The role involves supporting and improving existing designs, fostering future technology development, and providing technical guidance to build expertise within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Integration/Packaging engineers.
  • Build domain expertise in Integration and Packaging processes.
• Design Improvement
  • Independently improve existing designs while understanding upcoming technologies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate release of designs, meeting both efficiency and quality standards.
• Process Improvement
  • Implement new processes and methodologies for Integration and Packaging to enhance efficiency.
  • Work in a structured and methodical way to achieve the highest design standards.
• Team Collaboration
  • Share technical knowledge and expertise with the team, supporting others to grow in technical capabilities.
  • Cooperate with manufacturing teams to address and resolve build-related issues.
• Work Planning & Time Management
  • Plan work effectively to ensure efficient time utilization and project completion.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines and timeframes.

Desired Technical Competencies

• Expertise in Design Tools
  • Strong hands-on experience in design tools like Unigraphics.
• PLM Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, particularly Teamcenter.
• Manufacturing & Production
  • Deep understanding and expertise in manufacturing and production processes.

  • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with international teams.
