Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design and detailing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping, pipe supports, and pipe support structures.
- Preparation of Plant, equipment, and piping layouts, equipment and piping system support structures, isometrics & Bill Of Materials.
- Work with the Drafting/Design team to develop plant, equipment, and piping system 3D models, fabrication, and erecting drawings.
- Well, documentation of design and detailing works.
- Mentor technical efforts within the team and be responsible for technical excellence, quality, reviews, and consistency of methods and on-time delivery of analysis, design & detailing with quality.
- Seamless interface with cross-functional and purchased service team and global team towards successful completion of projects.
Tools expertise
- Knowledge of 3D plant modeling software like AutoPlant.
- She/he should have the skills to work with diverse teams of people, be innovative, and adapt quickly to new and upcoming technologies.
- Familiarity in hands-on design and analysis of piping systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with sound knowledge of Petrochemical / Refinery / Power plant system design and detailing.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
