Responsibilities and roles:

• Material cataloging, review, and when necessary, suggestion.
• Create the Oil and Gas Equipment Bill of Materials.
• Establish an asset register.
• Complete the assignment with quality and on time.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 2 to 3 years minimum experience working in an oil and gas facility
• Review and assessment of the EPL/RSPL (Equipment Part List / Recommended Spare Parts List) for Life Cycle Operating Spares and Commissioning Start-up Spares
• Review the flow diagram, SLD, and P&ID.
• knowledge of the bill of materials
• good knowledge of procurement and cataloging.
• understanding of taxonomy development
• understanding of the procurement process.
• understanding of drilling and OCTG spares.
• Review and creation of the Bill of Materials and PO Text through the extraction of all required technical data from the drawings (datasheet, manual, catalog, etc…)
• reasonable job experience with MS Excel and other programs.

Desired Skills:

• Material Maintenance in Oil & Gas domain.
• Good experience in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module
