Job description

Troubleshoot Technical issues related to Work Group Manager and Windchill Visualization Services
Assist customers with installing, configuring, using and optimizing of PTC’s Creo products
Create Technical documents (Articles)
File Product SPRs and Temp Patch requests
Interact with Product Management and R&D on Technical customer issues
Participate as a part of a team and work with other internal groups such as Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Product Management, Technical Marketing and Sales
Share your knowledge with the worldwide PTC community

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Computer Science, or Information Systems
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good academic scores
Computer savvy professionals with 1 – 5 years of Work Experience in the CAD/PLM domain
Experience using CAD product (i.e. Creo, Pro/ENGINEER, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.) is a PLUS –
