Description of the role :

Your role as Business Automation Manager will be that of a highly motivated individual who can improve business efficiency by developing Blue Prism automations. You will have to work with multi-functional teams across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and other departments to understand the business requirements and then translate them into automations via Blue Prism coding. Your key to success will be your ability to combine your soft skills, business understanding, and coding skills to ensure on time delivery of projects. You will continue to grow your skills every day and stay updated in the domain of automation.

Qualifications

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Physical Sciences, or any other relevant field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant hands on work experience in Blueprism and familiarity with other desktop automation technologies.
  3. Proficient in ensuring the adherence to standard design principles and conventions of RPA development.
  4. Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest API’s etc.
  5. Expertise in UAT testing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of scripts.
  6. Ability to design complex automations that encourage reusability of the solution – scalable and modular.
  7. High level project management skills like ability to estimate project effort, plan delivery timelines, coordinate with business stakeholders.
  8. Experience in creating and maintaining relevant artifacts such as design documents, technical documentation etc.
  9. Blue Prism Developer \ Professional Developer certification preferred. 10. Knowledge of scripting/programming language (.NET/Java/Python) preferred.

Recent Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechatronics engineering, or any relevant engineering degree; or an MBA degree with 0 – 2years of relevant experience
