🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✅ Fresh graduates or candidates with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manufacturing Operations: Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of electrical products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
🔹 Process Optimization: Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
🔹 Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to maintain high-quality output.
🔹 Standards & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet Indian and International Standards such as IS, IEC, and UL.
🔹 Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Analyze production challenges and implement effective solutions.
🔹 Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production teams, to meet project deadlines.
🔹 Technical Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in audits related to production and quality.
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
✅ Manufacturing Process Knowledge – Understanding of electrical wire and cable production.
✅ Testing & Inspection – Experience in material testing, electrical testing, and failure analysis.
✅ Decision-Making & Problem-Solving – Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges.
✅ Communication & Coordination – Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork.
✅ Industry Standards & Regulations – Basic knowledge of ISO, IS, IEC, and UL standards related to electrical manufacturing.
✅ Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Willingness to upskill and adapt to new technologies.
