Key Responsibilities:
- Shift-wise Production Analysis & Updates
- Monitor and analyze production performance for each shift and report deviations.
- Raw Material Management
- Raise requisitions and arrange raw materials for machine operations.
- Quality Assurance
- Work closely with the Quality Team to achieve zero rejection targets.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Electrical teams to minimize breakdowns.
- Planning & Special Projects
- Assist Section Head in special planning and departmental projects.
- Packing Material Management
- Raise requisitions for packing materials to convert semi-finished goods into finished goods.
- Process Improvement
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with other production team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation
- Prepare job cards and ensure alignment with GTP (General Technical Parameters).
- Continuous Improvement
- Maintain 5S and Kaizen practices; apply Poka-Yoke techniques to eliminate non-standard practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BE BTech- Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Strong knowledge of production processes and material management
- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke principles
- Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of quality and maintenance practices
