Job description
- Learn and follow cGMP guidelines and factory safety protocols at all times.
- Support the preventive maintenance of process equipment under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist in attending to breakdown maintenance activities across assigned plant areas.
- Help in maintaining and servicing spare equipment.
- Observe and report on mechanical seal cooling water flow and ensure it meets required standards.
- Learn to identify and help minimize lube oil and water spillage.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the engineering workshop area.
- Ensure proper documentation practices are followed and records are maintained in preparation for audits.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or final-year student eligible for industrial training.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance concepts.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to plant working conditions.
