Position – CAE Engineer

Job description – CAE Engineer
Ensuring numerical simulation of injection molding processes according to customer specifications highlighting potential issues related to injection process, material, gating, or part design. Ensuring the optimization of process parameters to reach the most robust solution and the best-finished part quality. Supporting customers on the definition of injection type, number of drops, selection of machine, process improvement, and part modification.
Job Responsibilities
- Check data sent by customers, and ensure the correctness of data.
- Prepare modules of rheological study according to standard
- Simulate according to customer requests & targets.
- Evaluating and validating results of simulation activity proposing to customer improvement on injection molding process or on part design/quality
- Ensuring proper technical communication about simulation results in front of customers •
- Preparing reports according to HRSflow standards highlighting all the potential issues and providing solutions
- Supporting technical office plastic material & technical sizing and parameters •
- Attending try-outs in order to solve issues and check compliance with simulation results
Job Profile
- Education: BE / B.TECH/ M.TECH (Mechanical / Plastic/ Polymer Engineering)
- Experience: 1-2 years in Mold flow analysis
Key Skills
- Good Knowledge of Hypermesh
- Knowledge about Mold, Ploymers, Moldflow & Moldex3D software
- Basic knowledge about plastic materials.
- Good business English speaking is a must.
- Precision, flexibility, and problem-solving attitude
