- Job Title – Maintenance Engineer
- Location – Jaipur
- Education: Diploma/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience – 3~8 Years
Maintenance /Quality/Safety /Equipment Availability
- Hands-on Experience to maintain special Equipment like Auto Shotblasting machine & Paint line.
- Manpower planning
- Plan & Ensure Equipment availability to the concern department by Planning & Undertaking scheduled Maintenance for Breakdown Control
- Root Cause analysis, Trouble shooting, Repair, Overhaul of Major Equipment & Create Action plan
- Installation & Commissioning of new Equipment
- Spare Part Planning & Inventory management by analyzing the present machine condition & expected requirement
- Adherence of Safety parameters during work
Skill development
- Training to maintenance team for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Predictive, Preventive Maintenance, Process Improvements, RCA (Root cause analysis), Breakdown analysis
