Responsibilities/Key Result Areas

Knowledge of Electrical Item selection like Lights, wiring, connectors, wiring harness component, selection of headlamps, tail lamps, cluster gauges, Controllers, Junction Box, etc
Responsible for Electrical wiring routing & 3D modeling of electrical parts including their integration on equipment in Zuken E3 [ for electrics schema] & Inventor.
Responsible for the project targets and costs of electrics
Design exposure to Heavy Equipment Hydraulic Mobile Machinery.

Good spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics Schema
Good knowledge of pneumatics & Hydraulics Parts manufacturer. Cost Idea of Parts.
fluent in spoken and written English
Good aggregates knowledge like Control valves, spools, Relief valves, orifices, Pumps, Motor, Planetary Gear Box, Cylinders, Hoses, Piping, etc.
Software Knowledge: Inventor, Auto Cad. E 3 knowledge as an added advantage.

Job Title Design Engineer – Documentation
Location – Jaipur
Education applicable education in the technical field, e.g. Bachelor of Engineering
Work Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in 3D modeling & documentation

Responsibilities/Key Result Areas

Responsible for understanding the documentation requirement & ability to add the value.
Responsible for creating the exploded views in Inventor for better illustration.
Responsible as Technical Illustrator for Parts Catalog, Service Manual, Operator Handbook, Workshop SOP, etc.
Responsible for Identify and co-ordinate with suppliers, product Specialists, and Plan for Documentation. Printing of Literature, interactive technical applications, etc.
Responsible for quality & accuracy of Parts Manuals, Operator Manuals, or similar technical documentation.
Knowledge of working on Inventor or equivalent software, Vault, Sovelia, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Frame-maker, etc.
Analyze developments in the specific field to determine the need for revisions in previously published documents.
Creating and editing images, pictures, illustrations, and diagrams in the illustration tools.

Good spoken and written English
Hands on experience on CAD Packages. Inventor preferred , Adobe illustrator, Adobe Frame-maker etc.
Able to control Parts/User/Operator Manuals
Analyze developments in specific field to determine need for revisions in previously published documents.
Technical writing
Good experience & knowledge on Engineering Change Orders, Drawings and Specifications.
Ability to gather information from Project team, colleagues, and Clients
Manage work load assignment to Teams

Job Title Design Engineer – Mechanics

e.g. Bachelor of Engineering [ Exp: Min 4 Years]/ Dip in Engg [ Min 10 Years]

Responsibilities/Key Result Areas

Responsible for the mechanics design.Good knowledge of Welding & Machining process with symbols & GD&T.Design exposure of Heavy Equipment Hydraulic Mobile Machinery.
Responsible for creating the 2D drawings & 3D Models on Autodesk-Inventor or equivalent Design Software’s. Knowledge of PDM/PLM like Vault, Sovelia or equivalent.
Responsible for the mechanics/mechanical design in equipments produced in India. It also includes the specification draft, concept design proposals in case of NPD or any customized solution.
Responsible for the 3D modelling of the structures and products as well as manufacturing drawings (2 D drawings) in global projects where are involved in.
Responsible for the target costs of mechanics Parts.
Responsible for the readiness and quality of the product structures (mechanics)
Responsible for quality & accuracy of manufacturing drawings.
Dimensional Drawings, Some Rendering & Taping design work for Marketing Documentation.

Good spoken and written English
Excellent drawing checking capabilities.
Good team player.
knowledge of the mobile machines 3D modelling, mechanics, and steel welding structures.
CAD management: Hands on experience on software’s like Autodesk Inventor, PDM/PLM etc. 3D modeling & drawing detailing
Good Product application knowledge
Complete Vehicle/Equipment Integration including Functional design
Well-versed with welding symbols, Machining symbols & GD&T
Ability to create Error free 2D drawings & accurate 3D modelling.
Timely output in terms of Drawings,3D Models, concepts etc.
